I LOVE a good solid fabric so I was really excited to meet the folks at Paintbrush Studio at QuiltCon 2017. I was drawn to their booth by their Painter’s Palette Solids collection which features 168 awesome colors! They also had some beautiful quilted samples by Jacquie Gehring in the booth.
Today I’m happy to announce that they asked me to participate in their “March Madness: Mad of Solids 2017” program. Sixteen quilters were asked to curate a collection of solids. Each day YOU get to vote for your favorite. Each “winner” moves on to the next round (like the NCAA Basketball competition).
Here is my curated bundle, “Kona Sunset”, inspired by colorful sunsets over the ocean coast of the Big Island, Hawaii.
