I used one of my favorite battings: Warm and White Cotton Batting by The Warm Company. My other favorite is Warm and Natural by The Warm Company, which I use if the fabric I’m using isn’t a tone of white. I use The Warm Company batting exclusively and use it by the roll!
make your own Citrus Slices!
Instructions for four different quilt sizes are included in the pattern (or make and arrange blocks to make your own layout!). Be sure to head over here to see a throw size Citrus Slices quilt made with the new Clementine fabric collection by Melody Miller for Ruby Star Society.
I can’t wait to see what you make!
Go make something great,

Could these colors scale up to make a throw size of the quilt? How would the ratio of each go to accomplish the same ombre/rainbow effect?
Hi Tori, Thanks for your question! The pattern has instructions for various sizes, including throw. For rainbow version shown on cover, I used (1) 10″ x 12″ fabric piece for the segments and
(1) 8″ x 14″ fabric piece for the rind in each Triangle Slice Block. In the pattern I have a diagram for what’s included in 1 Triangle Slice Block. Many thanks again, Sheri
