week 50 recap: 365 days of handwork challenge

Here is a recap of Week 50 of my 365 days of handwork challenge (Monday, March 19 –Sunday, February 25, 2018): {If you missed it, you can read about the challenge here.}

I’m in the homestretch of my 365 day challenge and to be honest, at times it’s been really difficult to get handwork in every day. No excuses, but this week was a hectic week. I taught 5 workshops today this week (4 of them in 2 days—a record for me). I love teaching, but it does mean a good amount of class prep work (and travel time)!

This week, I’ll share with you some photos from my handwork workshops (and actually now that I think of it, I did do handwork those days—demonstrating for students! Maybe I didn’t slack off as much as I thought I did).

I did manage to finishing machine quilting a new sample for a new pattern. Of course for this, it also meant thread burying by hand.
and more thread burying.
