Hooray! The Botanical Beauties 2022 Block of the Month (and Quilt Sew Along) starts today. I’m so excited to foundation paper piece (FPP) along with you!
While I was designing Botanical Beauties, my mother-in-law, Ellen and her cousin Janet were having fun helping me brainstorm what the abstract botanicals looked like. They came up with a few possibilities for each block. I’m leaning towards Bee Balm being the closest match this month. What do you think? Let me know below.
Be sure to check back here each month after you receive the email to download the monthly block pattern. I’ll be sharing my tips for preparing and piecing that month’s block, along with other fun content. This is a low-stress quilt along and we’ll all work at our own pace. I’ll be here with you on this adventure to encourage you but during any month if you don’t have time to finish the block, no worries. This bonus content will be here indefinitely.
If you haven’t signed up yet for the Botanical Beauties BOM, it’s not too late to make this Foundation Paper Pieced (FPP) project! Jump in at any time. Sign up here and you’ll immediately receive all of the patterns released to date.
