It’s time for In the Studio Episode 3, and this week I’m sharing some of my favorite tools and tips for pin basting a quilt.
I’ve been doing a lot of basting lately, and I’ve been using the same simple setup for years: a tabletop, some clamps, and curved quilting pins. I used to baste quilts on the floor, but once I started basting on a table, I never looked back. It’s much easier on my knees and back, and yes, I even use this little table to baste queen-size quilts!
