Before we get sewing, here are 3 fun facts about the Gemini Constellation:

  1. Starry Twins: Gemini means “twins” in Latin. The constellation is named after twin brothers from Greek mythology, Castor and Pollux. Interestingly, Castor isn’t just one star—it’s actually a group of six stars so close together that they look like a single star to us!
  2. Meteor Shower Magic: Every December, the sky lights up with the Geminid meteor shower, one of the best of the year. During its peak, you can see up to 120 shooting stars per hour, all seeming to come from the Gemini constellation!
  3. In Astrology: Gemini represents those born between May 21 to June 21.
