Day 29: 365 Days of Handwork Challenge — Appliquing away! Switching over to 50wt since the color match is better. Is there anything better than removing basting stitches as you go along?!?!?Day 30: 365 Days of Handwork Challenge — Got home really late, but made myself do 1″ of stitching. The only way to get things done some days is to do it little by little. Every stitch counts.Day 31: 365 Days of Handwork Challenge — Last night, 1″ of stitching. Tonight, 55″ of stitching completed! Keep on, keepin’ on!Day 32: 365 Days of Handwork Challenge — Interior brain applique complete with basting pulled out! Chugging along.Day 33: 365 Days of Handwork Challenge — Basting stitches removed means one thing! Applique is complete! I’ll be machine quilting this zombie version of my Think Big! mini quilt soon.Day 34: 365 Days of Handwork Challenge — Baste, applique, remove basting, repeat. super secret project continues.Day 35: 365 Days of Handwork Challenge — Intersections in progress.

Hi Sheri, such a pleasure meeting you today at the Yale exhibit. I so appreciate your tips and inspiration. My husband Marty enjoyed speaking with your husband [Jason, correct]too. Thank you to him for keeping Marty entertained. It really gave me time to get to listen to you and purchase your beautiful patterns. I signed up for your class at Yankee Quilter,but need to research the class at Cotton Candy in Brookfield.
