Yay! The Around the World 2021 Block of the Month (and Quilt Sew Along) starts today. I’m so excited to go on this quilting adventure with you.

Be sure to check back here each month after you receive the email to download the monthly block pattern. I’ll be sharing my tips for piecing that month’s block, along with other fun content. This is a low-stress quilt along and we’ll all work at our own pace. I’ll be here with you on this adventure to encourage you but during any month if you don’t have time to finish the block, no worries. This bonus content will be here indefinitely.

If you haven’t signed up yet for the Around the World BOM, it’s not too late! Jump in at any time. Sign up here.

This month we “travel to” Cairo, Egypt to visit the Great Pyramid of Giza.

Located on the west bank of the Nile River, north of Cairo, the oldest and largest of the three pyramids at Giza. Known as the Great Pyramid, it is the only surviving structure of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
