We’re cruising along with the Leaf Peepers Quilt Along! If you haven’t already, be sure to check out the introduction of the Leaf Peepers quilt pattern and Quilt Along here.
Are you sewing and quilting along with Leah Day and me? It’s not too late.
Get your Leaf Peepers pattern here and join in on the fun!
Let’s get our last leaf (Block 4) pieced!
Head on over to Leah’s blog to see how to piece Block 4.
Leaf Peepers Pattern Correction:
Both Leah and I were very careful to catch all the issues within the Leaf Peepers Quilt Pattern, but in an early version of the pattern, we missed one small thing for Block 4: In Step 3, the pattern reads: “Pair the following W-HST1, H-HST1, I-HST1, and J-HST1 pieces…” it should read “Pair the following W-HST1, G-HST1, H-HST1, and I-HST1 pieces…”
Once you have Block 4 pieced, it’s time to get your blocks together and basted!
In the pattern, we give instructions for arranging blocks in two ways:
Layout #1 — Table Runner or Wall Hanging
measures 24” x 74”

Layout #2 — Table Runner or Wall Hanging
measures 40” x 40”

Use one of our suggested layouts or design your own arrangement!
You can also make additional blocks to make a larger quilt.
Once you piece your quilt top, baste your quilt so that you’re ready to begin quilting with us next week.

Next week, we’ll start quilting our Leaf Peepers together!
Let’s make something awesome together,
Let’s inspire and encourage each other!
We’d love to see what you made!
